Anand Mahalingam KSN is a highly skilled and experienced VP of Engineering, currently working at Testsigma. With over 14 years of relevant experience, Anand has a proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering multi-product features. Anand is an expert in managing a complete engineering team with Dev, SET, QA, and Contract employees, and possesses good knowledge in setting up an engineering team from scratch, right from setting up the process, workflows, setting goals for individuals, and executing product goals. He has a strong understanding of both functional and automation testing for web application products and platform services. Anand has worked with SDET's to build CI/CD using Jenkins, performance testing using Jmeter, UI automation testing using Selenium and POM framework, platform services automation using Mocha framework, and data mock automation testing using Wiremock. He also has good knowledge of API automation and security testing for web applications. Anand is an active panel member in recruiting Engineering leads, Senior Developers, Developers, functional QA’s, Automation QA’s, and SDET’s for close to 4 years. He is also an implementation specialist for JIRA and Confluence (Project Management and Documentation tool). Anand possesses strong knowledge in agile model software development, trained in agile, and has implemented the best practices of agile and built engineering team's release process and software development process from scratch. Prior to joining Testsigma, Anand worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at Freshworks, where he built and scaled the mobile engineering center team for Freshworks, managed the engineering team that takes care of the NEO Admin center's frontend development and testing squads. He was also responsible for building a better career path for Dev, QA, and mobile engineers in Freshteam. Anand holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University. He is proficient in Senior Software Engineer, test, qa, Mobile, SDET, Web, Software Engineer, CI/CD, Selenium, Jenkins, Frontend, ui, Android, and iOS.
